Does costa rica have bad weather in June?
I might be studying abroad there and im interested about how green it will be.
It will be the rainy season. If you are in the San Jose area or elsewhere in the highlands it will almost every afternoon. If you are there for a month you should expect 3-4 days of no rain and 3-4 days of non-stop rain and the rest of the time 1-4 hours of rain in the afternoon. If you are in the beach areas the rains are not as predictible but there will be a mixture of short rain storms interpersed by sun.. It is a nice time to go to Costa Rica however, it is pretty and not so hot.
