Costa Rica?
I live in the UK, does anyone recomend going to Costa Rica for a holiday and if so, where, and when is the best time of the year to go?
Winter is from May to November, and during this time, in many locations, it rains constantly. Summer is from December to May and is not as wet. The northeast slopes of the Central Cordillera mountains receive the most rain. Humidity is higher on the Caribbean side than on the Pacific side. Average annual temps on the coastal lowlands are around 81 degrees, 70 in the main populated areas of the Central Cordilera, and below 40 on the summits of the highest mountains.
Costa Rica is one of the most stable countries in Latin America.
Tamarindo, on the North Pacific coast, is famous for it’s beaches
and a popular destination for tourists.
Jaco is a surfing paradise and superb dining spot.
