Can I deduct expenses and interest paid for a rental that I purchase in Costa Rica?
I want to purchase a townhome in Costa Rica and I currently live in the United States. I am curious to know what is deductible on my taxes. Can I deduct mortgage interest? Can I deduct expenses to fly to Costa Rica to keep the property up to date?
