Good place to vacation out of US where the people are nice and the exchange rate is good.?
A bunch of us are looking to go on vacation next spring to some place where we will always have something to do. Maybe someplace tropical? Some place where we wont be overwhelmed with too many people. Some place where the locals speak English and are nice. Possible a place where the exchange rate is good. We were thinking Costa Rica but we have no idea. Can anyone help?
I was thinking about some place either in the southern Northern Hemisphere or in South America. Details would also be great.
