I’m going to Costa Rica on June 1st for 10 days on a guided tour..?
And I’m wondering if the scorpions and tarantulas are really a problem? What precautions should I take?
We rented a house there last summer and I never saw a tarantula. Scorpions are around though. Always check inside your shoes before putting them on, don’t stick your hand in a pile of towels or clothes (pick them up from the top of the pile), and obviously, don’t stick your hands or feet under any rocks or logs.
